Working With Lauren

There are many ways to work with me! I have client-, clinician-, and organization- facing aspects of my work and they are all outlined below along with their cost since it is important to know. I am accepting a handful of new clients at this time. Good Faith Estimates of expected charges are available to uninsured and self-pay individuals upon scheduling an item or service, and upon request.

Individual Therapy

My rate for individual therapy is $150 for each 50-minute session. I am able to take on a handful of insurance-based clients who have the major insurances that I am in network with: Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, or United/UMR/Optum.

Couples & Family Therapy

I can provide couple and family therapy for when each member of the couple/family who will be participating reside in the state of North Carolina. My rate is $200 per 50-minute session.

Family Coaching

This service is for when a family is seeking advice or next steps and/or has a member participating who is not in the state of North Carolina. Often families utilize this service when a family member is in residential treatment. Family Coaching is provided at the rate of $175 for a 50-minute session.

LCMHCA Supervision

I am happy to be your primary supervisor, or your backup supervisor! Either way, my rate is $125 for a 60-minute individual supervision and $100 for a 60-minute didactic supervision.

I do not have any sliding scale supervision slots open at this time.

Practicum & Internship Supervision

I am happy to provide Practicum and Internship supervision if you complete your Practicum or Internship through Fern Creek Wellness telehealth. This is provided at no cost.

Consulting & Trainings

I can provide consultation and trainings to groups or organizations aiming to expand their ability to provide trauma-informed leadership and supervision to their employees. Additional areas of expertise include compassionate boundary setting, working with complex families, and using recovery/person-first/identity-first language. Please contact for rates.
